my grandfather rests here..
it was his tenth memorial last month and we had a weeklong programme of events to celebrate his life - this is from a candle lit prayer session by natives of his hometown Esa-Oke.
I have been taking a lot of photos lately, and am quite happy to have my creative juices flowing again (I am also exploring photographing with available light and I am absolutely enjoying it). A bit lazy, and also busy with Law School so won't be able to process and post photos as often as I would love to - but since we are in a new year I will try.
I also had one of my photographs (from my yet to be published documentary on Nigerian Musicians) used without my permission (and with the signature cropped out) so I am weary about putting my stuff online.
However, this year I hope to do more with my photography, and perhaps publish one of my series.
Happy 2012 to all. With love from Mumbai.
