Lyrics below: Tell Me - Femi Kuti

tell me what you mean, you say you no understand me
millions of homeless children, them dey wander the streeets
them dey chop for dustbin, I say them dey sleep under bridge
see how we leave our children, See how this government e be

no be one, no be two
them plenty, them boku
no be one, no be two
them dey wonder what to do
no money for food
no money for school
no money for food
no money for school
the government no care
politicians no care
the rich no care
them dey wonder what to do

the pride of every nation dey in the welfare of the citizens
the leaders must provide the people with all the basic needs
free education, free medication
food, light, water to drink
no be to pose with the money wey we know say them don steal

no be one, no be two
them plenty, them boku
no be one, no be two
them dey wonder what to do
no money for food
no money for school
no money for food
no money for school
the government no care
politicians no care
the rich no care
them dey wonder what to do

Not much to critise on this one, as it's a well composed and captured shot. Maybe one with him animated would have added a bit of dynamism to the image.

Also, avoid positioning yourself flush on or directly in front of ur main subject, to avoid the 'mic in the face or mic stuck in the mouth' effect. Always shoot from either side at a slight angle to ur subject (profile). But, not too far to the side.
'Kayode Adegbola: thank you smile
I agree it'd look better without the microphone obstructing the view of his face..
I did get quite a number of shots from the side too smile
enjoy your week!

to me the picture looks bland, i really can't capture the the singer's body language, facial expression and the rest
'Kayode Adegbola: I see exactly what you mean.
Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take photos with flash at this concert so it was difficult to capture him in motion. I have some other interesting ones as well though. Thanks for dropping by smile

Funny, but every time I think of you and in many ways the word that comes to mind is 'hope'. The country needs many of you to survive.
'Kayode Adegbola: thank you, dear brother. this comment means a lot to me!
we have work to do!
